The Terrace Restaurant is available for private functions, such as dinner parties. There is a range of menus available, including an Aussie BBQ on the verandah, or a cocktail party overlooking the lights of the valley.
The Ambassador Restaurant is a public restaurant serviced by apprentice chefs & students who study hospitality courses. It gives students the opportunity to practice & develop their skills in a simulated industry environment.
